This guide covers how to access your YeboLearn Students App account securely.

Login

How to Login

1. Navigate to the Students App login page
2. Enter your Email
3. Enter your Password
4. Click "Sign in"

You sign in with your email address — there is no student-number login.

Trying the Demo

The login page has a "Use demo credentials" button. It fills in a sample account so you can look around the app with example data. Use your own email and password for your real school work.

First-Time Login

If your school sent you an invite link by email:

1. Open the link — it takes you to an activation page
2. Enter your first name and last name
3. Choose a password and type it again to confirm
4. Your account is activated and you're signed in straight away

If your school gave you an email and password instead, just sign in with those on the login page.

Forgot Password

There is no self-service password reset yet. If you've forgotten your password:

1. Click "Forgot password?" on the login page
2. The page shows you who can help: your class teacher, your school's admin email, or a parent with a YeboLearn account
3. Your school admin resets the password and gives you a new one
4. Sign in with the new password, then change it from Profile if you want

Password Requirements

When you set a new password it must:

• Be at least 12 characters long
• Contain at least one uppercase letter
• Contain at least one lowercase letter
• Contain at least one number
• Contain at least one special character (like !@#$%^&*)
• Not be a common password, and not be your own name or email

Logging Out

To log out of your account:

1. Go to Profile in the sidebar
2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Sign Out"

WARNING

Always log out when using shared or public computers to protect your account.

Security Tips

• Never share your password with anyone
• Use a unique password for your YeboLearn account
• Log out after each session on shared devices
• Report any suspicious account activity to your school administrator
